Use ap to talk about an action in progress or a near future meaning, depending on context.

ap + verb
1. Grammar focus #
The marker ap comes before the verb. It often marks an action happening now, and it can also point toward a future or planned action.
Pronunciation guide: ap = ahp; keep it short and attach it rhythmically to the verb.
2. Rule #
Build the pattern as subject + ap + verb: Mwen ap aprann, Li ap manje, Nou ap travay.

Let the surrounding sentence decide whether ap feels progressive or future.
